While We’re Waiting ...

“While I’m Waiting” is a great song on John Waller’s first album. The heartfelt worship anthem became a hit when it was featured in FIREPROOF. Now, While I’m Waiting is the name of the second album from John.

In anticipation of the release of that record on April 7, there is a new music video of “While I’m Waiting” featuring clips from FIREPROOF. Take a look:

John Waller - While I'm Waiting (Official Music Video) from Provident Label Group on Vimeo.

In addition to the original version of the song, the new album also features “While I’m Waiting/FIREPROOF Remix.” With clips from the movie spliced into the song, the remix is starting to get airplay on Christian radio stations. If you haven’t heard it on your favorite station, be sure to call or email them to ask them to play it.

And please let us know what you think of the new music video as well as the remix.

i have been wanting to see the video for this song since the movie came out. it is great, isn't it. this song applies to so many things ... us waiting on the Lord to come back, those of us who are waiting for test results or healing, waiting for timing on any answer from the Lord, etc. i love this song!!!!

I love this song. It has blessed me, encouraged me, and challenged me. As my husband and I continue to grow stronger through a period of His testing us as only God can, this song has deeply motivated us to reach deeper to glorify God as we grow in Him, and for Him. Thank you, John Waller! Continue to use the gifts He's given you for His glory and joy.

I just watched the video, and it mademe cry. My husband passed away almost 3 yrs ago due to heart complications from all the medicines and alcohol he had comsumed for more than 15? years.
Currently I am a 24 1/2 month Breast Cancer Survivor. I am awaiting more tests to see about my cancer if it has come back or not. The Lymph Nodes are swollen on the same side and I had a Lumpectomy done in March 2007. Please keep me in your prayers as I am Waiting...

The movie is awesome, had to hold bad a few tears, really a great movie to rethink how a couple have treated each other. sorry and forgive are two most powerful words in the movie.

Holly said that the movie Fireproof was an awesome movie to see. I feel that it was about our lives acted out in the film. The song "while I'm waiting" is also very awesome it has gotten me through some very hard days that I have had to face with family problems and it will continue to . Thanks so much for the time that you have taken to write this song and for all who have put in to making the movie.

Such a inspiring video,I have tears in my eye..just listening to the lyrics was enough for me. My husband and I separated in Dec 08. he movie "Fireproof" has helped me deal with what I am going through. Ironically,I can see a little bit of me in each character. I pray God's Will for my marriage. It's says, "Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance" (1 Corinthians 13:7 NLT). I am here with open arms.

I listen to While We're Waiting every night before I go to sleep, and pray with gratitude that I was blessed to have seen the movie and John's song.
The movie Fireproof, and this particular song, have made such a profound impact on my life, as I know the timing of seeing the movie was completely from God, as I had been wrestling with some things in my life that I could not seem to overcome. The movie and this song provided the inspiration and had such a profound affect on my life, and have allowed a much close relationship with God.
