The televised movie awards have come and gone ... which means it is time for the good awards to be handed out!
Our friends at Movieguide hosted the 17th Annual Movieguide Faith & Values Awards Gala at the Beverly Hills Hilton on Wednesday. And FIREPROOF won the biggest award: The Epiphany Prize for Inspiring Movies, which is sponsored by the John Templeton Foundation.
Dr. Ted Baehr, the chairman of the Christian Film & Television Commission and the publisher of Movieguide, hosted the event. You can read all about it here and here.

Thats Great! The movie desevered it! Great Job! And Praise The Lord!
Oh my word!!!!! I just finished watching the movie like 20 minutes ago and had to find ya'lls website!! I absolutely LOVE the movie, God spoke completely to me the whole time!! Even though i'm not married this movie applies to all life! I just wanted to thank you for accepting God's calling for your lives and choosing to stand for Christ in an industry that's not doing that alot. Thank you!! BE blessed!!!!!!
To the directors....I think you may have given a long-overdue jumpstart to "Christian Movie making"...WELL DONE!
First and foremost, the heart and message behind the movie was dynamite! and RIGHT ON biblically! two thumbs up.
Kirk Cameron did an exceptional job at the bedside scene where he is apologizing to her. and Catherine overall in the film did pretty well. I cannot say the same for the rest of the cast...but I can say it was a HUGE leap from Facing the Giants. :-)
--I would recommend everyone watching this movie.
:-)
I want the "Love Dare Journal Guide"! I think I live this way already, but I must need this task in order to fill totally complete...My heart so longs for Christ and this movie caused me to shed many tears of mercy!!
The Best Movie Ever in Life!!!!!!
