I bought my tickets online for tonight and I can't wait. I am praying that the impact from this film will be huge. This movie was not playing anywhere within 100 miles of us, but I kept asking our local theater and they were able to get it this past Monday in Meadville PA! Praise God! It was too short of notice for our church to publicize it the way we wanted, but we have spread the word the best we could. I know this film is bathed in prayer and God will honor that and He will be glorified throught it.

Yes!! We are going today!!! We are going to Celebration Cinema with at least two other families in Kalamazoo/ Portage Michigan. I CANNOT believe it is finally HERE!!!! Hallelujah!!! I think I am most excited about being able to see this God-glorifying movie on the big screen! Only a few more hours! I pray that the Lord can more in people heart so they can hear and understand the message of truth in the movie. ADIOS!!

My husband and I have been excitedly counting down to opening day. Fireproof is not being shown in our city and we are very sad to report that we have been unable to secure tickets to the nearest venue due to the fact that chuches in local cities have bought up blocks of tickets. We SO wanted to see it on opening day! The earliest we will be able to see Fireproof is Tuesday. We will be driving from McAlester, Oklahoma to Tulsa, Oklahoma (2 hrs. one-way) in order to do so. We don't mind making the long drive but we are sad about the fact that we have to wait. Not only are we just truly that interested in seeing the movie, but we also wanted to be a part of helping your opening weekend box office numbers high.

At any rate, thank you all SO much for making this important movie. My husband and I bought a copy of "The Love Dare" last night and we will be prayerfully entering into that journey the day after we finally see the movie. We're looking forward to the many ways in which we believe God will surely show up and lead us into a closer relationship with one another, and with Him.

Praying over all aspects of your beautiful movie, and for all of the lives that will be changed by it,

Kelby

Wouldn't it be nice if those of us who can bought two tickets instead of one (or better yet, took someone extra with us) and hollywood finally got that we want wholesome entertainment with integrity?

We'll be hosting a marriage conference tomorrow morning and taking all of the couples to see the movie in the afternoon. We invited all of the firefighters in our county and two surrounding couties and we have 110 couple pre-registered for the event. I can't wait to see the impact that this has in our community and around the country. Please pray for our event that will be taking place from 10:00-4:00 Saturday.

Our church in Commerce Ga gave away tickets to all couples. I am a bus driver and I have been encouraging others to go see it this weekend. I know of four drivers who are taking their spouse out. I even talked a friend of mine who is currently seperated from her husband to go. Praise God he is going with her.
I pray this touches many hearts and lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kirk does an incredible job in this -- the best acting of his career. Yea Kirk!!!

We bought our tickets yesterday on Fandango. My hubby and I will be seeing it together for the first time tonight.

I got to go to a premier showing and it was FANTASTIC! Every person who went with me ended up crying at some point during the movie (and most of them were guys!).

My mom went with some of her friends last night. She said there was great audience reaction, people were crying, laughing and on the edge of their seats.

I can't wait to see my husband's reaction to the movie. :-D

I just want to say how thankful I am that this movie has been made. I am sad, however that as a Canadian, I am not able to go see it tonight. I am praying that God will open a door for these wonderful God-inspired films to make it to theatres North of the border.

I had the opportunity to view this movie a couple of months ago as a pre-screening. It was fantastic! I'm SO happy for what the Kendrick brothers and their church are doing! I hope to see more films from them in the near future. I believe that hearts will be touched and relationships will be strengthened as a result of this film. GO SEE IT TODAY!!

Even though they didnt understand football they definitly were affected by the message. How do we get a copy of your latest movie Fireproof. From the trailer and your doctrinal statement I am sure that our students would benefit greatly from this movie. May the Lord use it mightly for His kingdom!

My wife and I are going to see this movie tonight. Our local theater is showing it. Our church is in the middle of a three week sermon series on Fireproofing your Marriage. Our church rented out the theater tonight and Sunday night. They asked you to buy two tickets, and then the church gave you two tickets to bring another couple with you. Our church is also doing a marriage class starting in October and a marriage retreat in November. Our church has really bought into this movie. I am looking forward to seeing it tonight. I think the message is great.

My husband purchased our tickets last night. We're going to the 10:00 PM showing tonight! I can't wait! Why 10:00 PM? Because the 7:30 showing in Lynchburg, VA was sold out! WaHoo!!!

I am a newlywed and very excited about seeing the movie. We are taking another couple with us, and making it a double date. I hope to take something away from this movie to positively impact my new marriage.

We went with the Christian School associated with our Church in Mableton Ga. It was great!
I am most looking forward to seeing the impact it has on people's marriages that I see personally are in danger and how God can heal them. I am also looking forward to people seeing that the happily ever after story needs prayer, patience, and hard work.

WE ARE GOING TONIGHT!!!!! My husband and I are actually going with a church in our community - with another couple. We are seeing it in Fayetteville, Georgia it's the closest one to us about 25 miles. And as far as I know it's sold out!!!! Praise God!

Tomorrow we are actually attending an all day seminar "Do You Dare?" based on the book/movie and I am sooooo excited. I truly believe that this movie is going to change lives, marriages and hopefully bring the unsaved to Christ! And I hope Monday morning when I get up that the entire country is talking about how Fireproof has topped the Box Office!!!!

This movie is a blessing. I think everyone should go see it. Married or thinking about it. And perfect for those who are thinking about checking out of their marriage.
I was on the edge of my seat a few times. I cried many times throughout the entire movie. And laughed too!
God presence was magnified. And the power was intense.
I think the book "love dare" will make a perfect wedding gift.

God Bless!!!

Now GO see the MOVIE!!!!!!!!

God bless all! I am so excited about seeing this movie. I bought copies of Flywheel and Facing the Giants. Both movies by the Kendrick brothers(I highly recommend those two movies). May God continue to bless the Kendrick brothers and give them the ability to continue to make Christian faith-based movies.

My desire is for this movie to make an impact on Christian marriages. For the marriages not in Christ, may they understand that only a life/marriage/family built on the rock of Jesus Christ will truly be blessed!

I will be seeing the movie in Yonkers, NY.

Jesus Reins!

Hubby and I got our tickets ahead of time, through Fandango. We were concerned about the theater being sold out, as several churches are buying out time slots. We are so thrilled about seeing this movie, in a few short hours. We love Flywheel and Facing the Giants! We have been so blessed by the way that you put all of your heart into serving God. I am praying that many hearts will turn to Christ, and that many marriages will be revitalized, as a result of this movie. May God bless you, abundantly.

I can't wait for tonight. I've lived through the pain of a divorce, but God has given me so much more and allowed me to be an advocate for marriage. I'm so thankful to be attending this movie tonight with my new wife -- we both have God as the focus of our life together. I'm sure that this movie will touch hearts and make a difference in many lives, both in sharing the gospel as well as re-purposing marriages.

A friend called and said she had gotten tickets for "the girls" to go to the movie. We went today, Opening Day, the 12:30 p.m. showing at the Regal Georgian Cinemas in Newnan, GA. It is the best movie I have ever seen. It not only teaches how a relationship between husbands and wives should be; it teaches how relationships with everyone should be. God's love is the cornerstone of all Love, until we learn that it won't work. I can't wait for the video to come out, this is a must buy. I am looking forward to watching it again and again. Also, knowing that Kirk Cameron only kisses his wife made it even better. He not only played the part; he lives the part everyday. That is a testiment to God! I pray that all in this country are touched by this amazing movie and allow God to work through and in them.

God Bless You all! I know the pain a separation and divorce can bring. I really, really related to the intensity and the feelings going on inside of Katherine and Caleb. I purchased my tickets online and our family was there to see the movie at its first showing today in our area!!!! The movie definitely is fantastic. God is at his best in it. It was so perfectly put together. The movie flowed. There wasnt a single spot that didnt need to be there. People at the theater laughed and cried. It is a message we all need. Thank you! Kirk was awesome. All of you were awesome. I thank God for people like you who dont mind spreading the gospel!!! - To God be the Glory!

Noah said...

I'm afraid to say that today was the first time I had heard of the movie. Courtesy of an article on Fox News about Kirk Cameron and (in the opinions of Hollywood) the "oddity" that Kirk wouldn't kiss his on screen wife, but had his real wife as an actress double for those scenes, I found out about this movie. Unfortunately, the Bible college I attend has a strict policy regarding movie attendance, so I'm afraid I won't be able to attend the movie as doing so would be dishonoring to the Lord by not obeying authorities over me. However, I can't wait for this to come out on DVD so that I can watch it with my friends! A Christian love story that's actually worth it for guys to watch! What a concept!! Thank you guys for letting the Lord use you in this movie. It is my hope that this movie contains the clearest of Gospel presentations, allowing it to be an opportunity for a witness within each of our communities.

I saw this at the CMN Tradeshow in early August... one of the best films I've seen in many years!!

I recognized myself in Caleb and couldn't wait for "The Love Dare" to be published...

Now the book and the movie are out and I'm headed to the theatre to see it again!!

This movie is one of the best marriage-prep tools I have seen, I recommend this to anyone who does marriage prep (pre-Cana) or even marriage counseling. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I couldn't hardly wait until Fireproof came to the theaters. We went this afternoon to the earliest showing. The movie was everything we hoped for. Being a full time firefighter myself I was concerned about the reality in the firehouse content. You guys nailed it. The true message in the movie will have every married couple looking at their relationship with each other. It really opened my eyes to areas in my own relationship with my wife and God.
Again I want to say Great Movie

We saw the first showing in our city on a surprise date that my HUSBAND picked out! We both cried through most of it, not because we were sad, but because it was so real!!! (And my husband has not cried since his step mom died 19 years ago!!)We have had all of the conversations at the beginning of the movie. It was well done and not cheap or cheesy or "religious" feeling. It was real life.

My husband and I took 20 of my middle school students to the 4:00 o'clock showing today at Glynn Place Mall in Brunswick, GA. I can tell you that we were all touched in significant ways by this excellent movie. The performances by all of the actors were believable, and Kirk Cameron was perfect in the leading role. I could also feel the prayers of God's warriors as we watched the movie. I know people have been committed to pray around the clock, AND IT IS WORKING! I began to weep during the scene with the fire captain and his father. As the son began to pour out his heart, I knew where the scene was heading and it humbled me to think of the comparison to the way we treat our Lord. I pray God will move in a mighty way through this powerful movie. God bless all of you for having the courage to go with it. Mrs. R

Well...I was planning on seeing it tonight, but it was sold out (Praise the Lord). I bought tickets for tomorrow's showing though. I'm excited and can't wait to see it. I'll be seeing it in Huntington, WV (I live in southern Ohio about 40 minutes from there), but it's worth it.

Also, reading the book by Eric Wilson...so far I'm so into the book, I wasn't too upset about not seeing the movie tonight.

Fireproof is incredible! We just left the theater, and every showing has had lines out the door waiting to get in. We drove 45 minutes to get to the nearest showing. I highly recommend this movie. Not only is the final product professionally presented with some nail biting action scenes and comedy that had the entire audience laughing out loud, but it hits on the internal conflict that every human struggles with and how it effects them and those around them. In short, just about everyone can relate to this movie in one way or another. Make time to go see Fireproof...no excuses! And take your friends (especially those who don't want to go to another "God" movie)!

Great news here in Springfield, IL!! Showings are selling out. I tried to go to the 7pm Friday evening show, but was told that it had sold out earlier in the day. It's unexplainably exciting to know that people are 'on fire' to see this movie.
Instead of going to the movie I wanted to see tonight, I stopped at the grocery store before going home. The cashier's "How are you?" turned into a discussion of the movie between myself and others nearby in the store.

If word-of-mouth advertising works as well for Fireproof as it does for other things, I predict that Fireproof will have quite a few sold-out shows in Springfield, IL.

With it's strong Christian foundation, I think Fireproof is going to have a message for all people, not just married couples, or in-trouble marriages.

Thank you for this movie. God Bless all who worked on Fireproof.

My wife and I saw the movie in Tupelo, MS tonight and were both in awe at how wonderful it was...despite us both loving Facing the Giants. We are both born again Christians who have had marital problems in the last year. God kept us together and I'm convinced that he will use this movie to do the same for other couples. I thank the Lord for movies like this with a REAL message of hope. This movie had everything from great acting to excellent cinematography. And it wasn't afraid to tackle the real issues behind marital problems such as not being right with the Lord. Praise God for people who still care enough to make movies like this.

We saw the movie tonight - on opening day! It was a truly amazing movie and one that will definitely change our marriage! An interesting thing happened at the end of the movie - when the scripture came up (that's all that was on the screen), the theater stopped the movie. No credits, nothing. Just stopped the movie. It was very disappointing, and we found the general manager to ask why it happened. He didn't know, but he said he would look into it. Satan works in a lot of different ways. Maybe it wasn't on purpose - I don't know - but whatever it was, it didn't change the power of the movie. You all did a wonderful job!

Thanks for not only giving us a wonderful family movie to enjoy together, but also for spreading the Gospel of Christ in such a unique way. My husband and I just returned from seeing Fireproof. It was awesome! I have not heard so much laughter in a theater! The way Caled and Kat treated each other was hilarious! You could either see yourself in the way they reacted, or see someone you knew. It was easy to identify with. The conclusion is something most married couples long for, but don't always know how to acheive. The movie received applause at the end. It was so great to see how the "hard things" in life were presented without vulgar or obscene language, but still getting the point across beautifully. To God be the glory! God has already used this movie to work something out between my husband and me. We couldn't stop talking about it at dinner after the movie.

Just returned from seeing Fireproof with my husband and 15 year-old daughter. Another great movie by the Kendrick brothers. I've seen Facing the Giants 26 times and was VERY excited to see this new movie. It was FANTASTIC and far exceeded the high expectations I had after Facing the Giants. Praise God for the Kendrick brothers for making such high quality films that not only entertain us as Christians, but also speak to the hearts of both believers and non-believers. God is using your films in amazing ways and I know He is being glorified through them. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for all you do!!

Hey saints! I saw FIREPROOF at the 5:00 show in South Barrington, IL (suburb of Chicago), and I do not believe I can possibly say it loudly or emphatically enough:

FIREPROOF ROCKED!

Kendrick brothers, actors/actresses, volunteers, and everyone else involved, including the forklift guy (lol)--I give you a standing ovation. You hit a grand-slam with Facing the Giants, and you did it again here. Well done.

"Fireproof Blog" asked the question: "What are you most excited about?" Well...

As a SINGLE, I must admit, I do not yet have the blessing of marriage, and therefore the opportunity to accept the challenge of "The Love Dare" and to implement it as it was in the movie. I *did*, however, have a thought--I believe Holy Spirit-inspired--and that was, "Why not implement the Love Dare into EVERY relationship in my life? (In an appropriate Christian manner, of course.)

So what am I excited about? Searching the WORD, pulling out all the details about Godly love that are in it, and implementing them all into every relationship in my life. This means family, friends, business associates, co-workers, and complete strangers. Everyone. I can honestly say that I have rarely been this excited about anything, and I can hardly wait to see the results!

Fellow singles, may I invite you to join me? A "Singles Love Dare," if you will. . . ;o)

If I may, another short post.

Friends, please, if you found that you enjoyed FIREPROOF, do not forget to let the upper-level management/PR department of the theater you went to know. A simple email to let them know how much you enjoyed it will go a long way towards influencing them to show more high-quality features (like FIREPROOF), and it will also give them a little "pat on the back" after all the other complaints and garbage they have to usually deal with.

Just a suggestion. :-)

The absolute best movie I have ever seen. I can still cry when recalling the touching scenes. Also pins and needles action. Awesome acting. A lifechanger for my marriage. Thank you actors and all persons for making a wonderful film that is unsurpassed. I strongly recommend for all couples and prospective couples/persons. Suitable for young viewers.

We saw it with our home study group tonight (opening night). We had to drive to a second theater and see a later showing because the first was sold out! It was filled to capacity at the second theater as well! Praise God! The story was really touching. We could definitely see how this could have a tremendous impact on people's marriages and their concept of a good, Godly marriage. It is also a great way to share Christ with others.

I have been counting the days till the movie. I went to one of the evening shows on opening day. However, I was disappointed to learn that it was not advertised nor even posted at the selected theater in its movie listings. I was only able to learn of the movie through my online researching skills for my local theaters. When I arrived at the theater, the movie was not even listed. When I asked the clerk about it, she just said they were showing it and if I wanted a ticket. So my counter measures are e-mailing and encouraging all of my friends about the movie and the info. the theater won't release.

The movie is excellent. The actor's and their roles were moving, not just in emotion but to do something about this problem that exists in the U.S., divorce and a marriage without Christ at is center. As an instructor of counseling psychology and a Born-Again Christian, I highly recommend this film and the book that is presented within the film.

Thank you God for this movie...it is unapologetically Christian and it gives such a clear message of salvation, how to find peace, and how you can really learn to love. Our church bought several of the tickets to our local theaters’ in Arkansas and most were sold out tonight! They purchased tickets for all our local fireman, their wives, and provided free childcare! Praise the Lord!

Our family went to see the Fireproof yesterday in Somerset,KY. It was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed it from my 11 year old up. It was very touching, great acting, and gave you a good laugh. This movie is so timely in America today with so many marriages on the rocks. We can't wait until it comes out on DVD to see it again and share it with friends.

My husband and I saw the movie last night. The theatre was so packed that people were sitting in the aisles. The audience was unique... everyone was so polite, moving to make room for latecomers, introducing themselves to each other, sharing comments after the movie. Everyone cheered at the end. I wish there were more Christian movies available.
Anyway, the movie was excellent. I cried the whole time. My husband and I are separated and trying to reconcile, so this movie couldn't have come at a better time in our lives. Thank you Sherwood Baptist Church!

I saw the movie last night, and WOW!! I loved it. Yes, there were plot points that were "predictable," but it didn't take away from the message of the story. I was deep impressed by the characters of Caleb and Kathryn. "Flawed" is the word that comes to mind. They were real people with real problems and real pains.

Thanks for the "Love Dare." I'm single, but I was challenged by its depth. I especially loved the way Caleb's father explained the difference between "fuzzy, feeling love" and "unconditional, commitment love." I know that if God should ever choose to bring someone into my life, I won't give or settle for less than the latter.

I plan to see the movie again and take some family along. Oh, I have to tell you about this. . . I went to the bookstore after the movie to buy the novelization of Fireproof. The guy who rang up my purchase said he had to go see the movie, and we got into a conversation about this movie and the others the Kendrick brothers have made. I just thought that was neat.

God bless you all.

Keith, Alex and I went last night and the theatre was PACKED. There may have been 5 empty seats. We sat on the second row and are still suffering from stiff neck, but all worth it ;) One of the coolest thing was the family behind us. A lady translated the whole movie in Spanish for the person beside her. At first, we were a little surprised at all the talking, but when we realized what was going on, we just thanked the Lord they were there and prayed God would do a mighty work in the life of that family.

We don't go to the movies much but we are glad we went to this one and plan on going again. Thank you for making Fireproof, Facing the Giants and Flywheel. They are refreshing entertainment. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it up we will keep watching!

My wife and I went to go see the movie last night. This was one of the most challenging movies about marriage I've every seen. It's awesome that the love of Christ is going to be shown to so many people. I also gave a theater worker one of the million dollar bill tracts from Kirk's and Ray Comfort's "Way of the Master" course.

God bless you all!

It's Saturday, the 27th. My husband and I are celebrating our 13th anniversary and what better way to do that than to see Fireproof? We've decided to take all of our children too! We LOVED Facing the Giants and Flywheel. Can't wait to see what you've done for the Lord this time! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thank you and thank God for this movie. We went to see it last night(opening night) and loved it. We have a good marriage but both feel we benefitted from seeing the movie. It opens up dialog about things usually left unsaid. Everybody will benefit from this movie in some way. Praise God for putting this idea on the hearts of the Kendrick brothers and for their obedience along with their church to make it happen! May God richly bless all of you. -Make more Christian movies!

My husband and I bought tickets to the Sept 26, 7:00 PM show opening at the Carmike Theater in Oakdale, MN.

We took 2 other couples along with us and all agreed that the movie exceeded our highest expectations. We laughed, we cried, we were inspired. The actors were amazing. Kirk Cameron, as well as the other actors were able to portray the true feelings and struggles many of us have experienced.

We got together after the movie for pie and coffee to discuss it and found that we could not identify any one favorite scene - they were all favorites! The caliber of this film is rarely achieved.

We will be encouraging all our friends and co-workers to see it (and purchase the DVD when it becomes available).

Our special thanks to the Kendrick brother, Sherwood Baptist Church, and all those associated with of this film release. It truely is an inspiring film for all.

Wonderful! Awesome! Fantastic! Spectacular!

The theater we saw "Fireproof" in was packed. Throughout the film, people were laughing and crying. At the end, many people (including myself) actually applauded. That may not sound like much, but this is Minnesota. We don't clap for films here in Minnesota! But we did for this one because it deserved it!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this amazing, entertaining, and touching film.

I went and saw the movie last night... Actually our church planned our first ever "Couples Night" and 17 couples from our church went together to see the movie and then went out to eat afterwards and discuss the movie and have fellowship. It went Great. The movie was so packed that we all had to sit split up, and quite a few of us got stuck on the first 2 rows. I absolutely LOVED The movie...it was EXACTLY what my husband and I need right now...I knew what the movie was about a head of time, but my husband didn't, and we are both volunteer fire fighters, so i knew it would make a huge impact on him, and it did...it impacted us both greatly! God's timing is always perfect, and once again, he was right on the dot. I hope that this experience will be the swift kick in the rear that we both need to get our relationship back on track and back to the way we used to be! Thanks so much to all the many volunteers and people that worked so hard on making such a WONDERFUL Movie!

I also plan to try to get my parents to see it together...My father is also a fireman, and their relationship has basically been not existant for many many years. Though they are still married and live in the same house together, they live two seperate lives most of the time. They've spent all my life blaming eachother for the others problems and neither one want to own up to their own problems. I'm hoping that maybe this movie will impact them both enough to at least give the dare a try?? I dunno...but i'm praying it will. I'll update if they do see it!

Thanks again for such a wonderful, and wholesome movie!

My wife and I saw Fireproof at the Cinemark theater in Valley View, OH (suburb of Cleveland). It was absolutely wonderful, living up to every expectation. I especially like how Caleb's Dad walks around to the cross. It was a moving piece of cinematography.

I should also mention that because we got there right before the movie started, the only seats available were in the front two rows! A packed house for the 7:00 PM show!

We bought tickets in advance for Friday the 28th in Columbia and our Sunday School class went to see it, along with the associate pastor and his wife. He preached on Sunday (which is broacast on TV all over South Carolina) and recommended Fireproof to our whole congregation (and TV viewers)! The movie was amazing! Our theater was sold out! THANKS!! Oh, and we loved that you used Chick-fil-A in the movie!

I went to see it in Portland, OR tonight.

I can't say enough good things about it, but it was also painful to watch.

I cried a lot. I, like Michael, have that big scar on my heart. I made many of those mistakes, and had those same attitudes.

I could see my sin, very clearly. However, it also made me see God's abundant grace.

I have an opportunity to start over, and have a new marriage built on the right foundation.

It was the best movie I could have gone to see. It had my boyfriend in tears and it had me at the edge of my seat. I am still hoping my friends will consider it over some violent or sex themed movie. But GOD will work his magic I am sure. Thank you for such a great movie. I can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve...God Bless

I saw "Fireproof" in Midland, MI on opening day, and was totally delighted. The acting from the principals was terrific, and the story was so different from what I'm used to seeing, it was more than a breath -- it was an entire walk in the fresh air! Thank you!

I drove 3 hours to see it in Pittsburgh, PA and it was well worth it. Thank you for making a great movie with 2 great messages. As the pastor of a church, I endorsed Fireproof on Sunday morning and it is my hope and prayer that every couple see this movie. Of course, until I saw Rebecca's post today, I didn't realize it was showing as close as Meadville, PA.

My husband and I went and saw Fireproof last weekend, on Saturday. I was excited about this movie coming out, because I'd heard it would be good and saw the trailer. However, I didn't expect just HOW GOOD it would be! The theater was packed and people were laughing, crying, cheering -- it was amazing! At the end, the room errupted with clapping!

I was blown away as we left. My husband and I were so impressed to finally see a movie in every day theaters that shares the gospel, honors God in every aspect, and honors marriage! I loved that the husband in this movie was the one pursuing his wife. Too many movies and/or shows today make the husband and men in general out to be 'losers' and the women are 'all that'. Finally -- a movie where the husband is in his role of being like Jesus and loving his bride and 'laying down his life' for her. Wow!

I also loved hearing that Kirk Cameron would only kiss his wife! Wow -- that made the movie even more special.

Thank you for making such an AWESOME movie! We are telling all our friends to go and we want to go again. It's just so great!

Blessings!

My husband and I plus another couple went on Saturday, Sept. 27th. I knew I would like the movie as we have seen Flywheel and Facing the Giants. It was more than I ever expected. God has used you to bless many with the incredible steps of faith all the movie have taken. It gives me an excitement to share the gospel. We will see this movie again and buy the DVD as well as the first two movies. May God richly bless you all and use this to bring HIM glory. My prayer for you is with this success you will praise the One who is working thru you, humbly continue to take greater steps of faith and remain very close to Our Savior. We pray for protection for the cast as well as Sherwood Baptist.
I am looking forward to seeing what happens next as well as meeting you all in Heaven!!

My husband & I went on a double date last Saturday night (Sept. 27), We all went to Fireproof. What a blessing this movie is going to be to so many people. This was a walk down memory lane for my husband & my self. this coming Feburary we will be married 12 years. It was as if the Lord was giving you our life story as it were happening back in 2004; With a few added details. The main point is that we were both unsaved, living our lives thinking we were, our marriage was in the trash, my husband wanted out (he was the fire chief). He was the First one that the Lord SAVED! Our marriage was blessed with our 4th child, a little girl that he always wanted, we already had 3 wonderful healthy boys. It actually took me 2 more years before I realized that I was just playing church, and the Lord really SAVED me! Praise the Lord we are forgiven! I have been waiting for this movie to be in theaters for what seems like a year now, I first saw the promo trailer on fishwithtrish.com I can't even remember how long ago it was, but it was forever ago! I sent out e-mail to all my friend every month letting them know the count down. I was NOT let down one little bit with the movie it was great! The message of Jesus Christ rings loud and clear. To God be the Glory!
